Like the Chongqing Marriott Hotel, the Radisson Blu Sega Hotel is located along Nanbin Road. The hotel occupies the starting point of the Nanbin Road business district, close to the Chongqing Yangtze River Bridge, and 80% of the rooms have a panoramic view of the Yangtze River and the traffic on the bridge.

At the end of 2017, the Radisson Blu Sega Hotel partnered with the Nan'an District Library to establish a small library in the hotel, making it the only five-star hotel in Chongqing to have a library. Although the books here cannot be compared with major libraries or bookstores, they also cover major fields such as science and technology, history, economics and management, literature, novels, and life, which can basically meet the reading needs of residents during their breaks.

The main building of the hotel is 44 floors high and has a total of 308 guest rooms. The rooms are simple and smaller than the previous hotels. The recreation area has a gymnasium, a solarium swimming pool, a hairdressing room and a yoga room, where female residents who do not want to do strenuous exercise in the gym and pool can do aerobic exercise. The conference area includes a number of individual meeting rooms, a VIP room and a well-equipped business center. The business center covers 1,200 square meters, which can be flexibly divided into three multi-function halls, and can accommodate 1,000 people in a theater-style arrangement. There are four places in the dining area: Yangtze River Cafe, Nanbin Yayuan Chinese Restaurant, Four Seasons Japanese Restaurant and Lobby Bar, but the food level is average, so it's best not to come and eat with too much expectation.
