Da Niu He chooses to cooperate with beef suppliers, and the cattle are shipped to each branch within 3 hours after slaughter every day. Among them, CapitaLand Tianfu store is an independently operated franchise store, and does not use the beef and management configured by the main store, and the overall performance is better, but the beef is only delivered once a day. If diners want to taste the "original flavor" of Chaoshan beef hot pot, it is recommended to choose the lunch market of CapitaLand Tianfu store.

Regarding knife work, Da Niuhe's performance is a bit indescribable. Fresh-cut beef is messy and almost aesthetically pleasing. As for chilled beef, such as snowflakes, although the waiter said that they were all freshly delivered every day and frozen at the store, the texture of the snowflakes was like an "avalanche", and the beef also made people doubt its identity as "fresh delivery".

Da Niu He provides 4 types of pot bases: plain, red and spicy, mandarin duck, and nourishing, which are less varied and may not be enough to satisfy some diners. What is puzzling is that the original pot base of Da Niu He has departed from the authentic behavior. As we all know, the original bottom of Chaoshan beef hot pot is generally boiled with beef bones, adding some corn, carrots and other vegetarian dishes, and those who pursue mellow beef flavor can also add some monosodium glutamate (an appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate is harmless to the human body), beef brisket and other condiments. However, Da Niu He added a lot of wolfberries, mushrooms and other condiments to make the soup ruddy in the original clear soup, which is enough to make many Chaoshan beef hot pot lovers quite puzzled.

The decoration of the store is more familiar with the industrial style, but the large area of blue seats is a little abrupt. The attitude of the waiter is acceptable, and the removal of dishes is more straightforward, but it is often recommended that diners use more expensive Australian snowflakes instead of ordinary snowflakes, which affects the dining experience.
