Foxglove's liquor also matches the atmosphere. Although there are not many types of cocktails made, the use, pairing, and preparation of each drink are excellent. The New York Sour has a layered, light and savory taste, with a slightly acidic taste. If you don't want to drink whisky, order a cup of agave based Jasmine Paloma, add grapefruit, jasmine and lime, and touch the mouth of the glass with a circle of salt, sweet and sour, savoury aroma, and taste it all in one gulp. If you sit at the bar, you can watch the bartender in action. Foxglove's bartenders are neat and precise when mixing bartenders, and every small step is trained over a long period of time. The bartender, who speaks English and is patient when chatting with mainland customers, often makes cocktails based on their stories, and occasionally treats customers for a glass of wine individually.
In addition to alcohol, Foxglove's meals are impressive, with lunch served from noon. The tablecloth here is custom-made with Foxglove's double "F" marking, which is quite textured. The appetizer goes well with the main dish, such as Pesto Tiger Prawn Gemelli, where the tiger prawns are small but tender, with just the right amount of snail flour and herb sauce for a refreshing taste.
