Yan Gege is a vegetarian hot pot jointly invested by Hong Kong TVB artists Shao Chuanyong, Tu Yan and Lu Songxian.

Different from the general vegetarian hot pot, the hot pot of Yan Gege adopts the form of a double-layer old copper pot. The top layer of the copper pot is called "Witch Mushroom Pot Bottom", and the restaurant claims that this soup base is made of wild high-quality porcini mushrooms flown from Yunnan, and simmered with carrots for more than 8 hours, the soup is clear and delicious. There are a total of 5 flavors of the bottom of the pot to choose from, the most distinctive is the spicy pot bottom, the bottom of the pot is boiled by a variety of vegetables, peppers and pure natural spices, spicy but not stimulating, if you don't like to eat spicy, you can also choose the bottom of the tomato pot, the fragrant tomato soup is boiled together with potatoes, the taste is more intense.

All kinds of mushrooms are the main hot dishes of the restaurant, matsutake mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, chicken fir mushrooms, maitake flowers, morel mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, and lotus mushrooms are the ingredients with the highest order rate. The mushroom blanching is usually boiled in the bottom of the mushroom pot, and after the pot is cooked, the clerk will take the hourglass timer and simmer for 10 minutes.
