About half of the coffee beans in the store are produced in Yunnan, such as Yunnan Baoshan 1400 and Yunnan Lincang 2000, which are all coffee beans of quite good quality.

New pour-over coffee focuses on the taste experience of the drinker, so a pour-over cup is usually prepared with a cup full of ice cubes. Finally, the roast degree, the common ones are light roast (CINNAMON Roast), medium roast (HIGH roast), medium roast (CITY roast), dark roast (FULL-CITY roast), French roast (French roast), Italian roast (Italian Roast), the darker the roast degree, the darker the taste of the coffee, and the bitterness will become stronger, on the contrary, the lighter roast coffee has a bright taste and a stronger fruity acidity.
