Kamo Yoga - Agency Reviews

In addition to yoga, Kamo Yoga Studio also sells coffee and daily necessities containing floral elements. It has opened more than a dozen branches in Beijing and is well-known.

The exterior condition of Camo is very good, and the location is mostly located in large shopping malls. The venue has a fresh style, with solid wood floors and linen fabric sofas throughout the building, which is very popular with young girls. Because it also sells coffee and daily necessities, there is a lot of publicity at the door, and the commercial atmosphere is strong.

Compared with the appearance environment, the course content design is average. Common yoga schools such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar, and Ashtanga are basically involved, but each type of yoga is difficult to grade, and only two to three classes are scheduled per week, and there are many members, which makes it difficult to make appointments. However, the class schedules of similar branch libraries are not coordinated with each other, and it is inconvenient for students to go to different libraries to make appointments. It is recommended to combine personal time and the time period when there are few people in the museum to apply for a card reasonably.

Viha aerial yoga is Kamo's signature class. Founded by the Ukrainian acrobatic Apparent Tetyana. Aerial yoga originated in France, has become popular in Europe and the United States in recent years, and has gradually entered the field of vision of people in China. It mainly uses a silk hammock suspended in the air to support the weight of the body, and the practitioner should maintain balance, deepen the stretch of the asana, and feel the weight of the body. The hammock is shaped like a swing or hanger when opened, and like a pod when closed, for practitioners to meditate, making it more interesting and interactive than ground yoga.

Kamo's Viha Aerial Yoga classes are not much different from the usual aerial yoga asanas. There are elementary, intermediate, and advanced levels, and the beginner course is not difficult to get started. Many people expect to lose weight by practicing yoga, and some people often joke that "if you are a fat person before practicing yoga, after practicing yoga, you will become a soft fat person". However, the particularity of aerial yoga practice is indeed more obvious than that of ground yoga on the ground, and there are photos of aerial yoga slimming posted by Huang Yi, Xie Na, and Zhang Yuqi on Weibo. Many yoga studios are plastered with photos of students slimming down after practice to attract cards, but not everyone can adapt to the dizziness of the first hammock.

Kamo Yoga's teachers are all externally hired, and the quality of teaching varies. There is less interaction between the teacher and the students in the big class, and it is difficult to correct the posture of each student at the same time, which is suitable for yoga enthusiasts to relax and practice. Some branches have a more marketing connotation of consultants.

The rest area provides warm tea and biscuits, and drinks such as freshly boiled white fungus soup after practice, so you won't be bored during the break. The lockbox in the changing room was handy and the bathroom was stocked with towels, toiletries, hairdryer and simple skincare products.

Annual passes are available at all branches. The secondary card can only be used by the branch library that issued the card.

Price: 15,000 yuan for annual card, 9,000 yuan for 50 times
