The founders of Yishe Mountain House are three experienced designers, which directly leads to the positioning of Yishe is different from most suburban homestays, where there is neither agricultural culture experience, nor too many leisure projects, not even housekeepers to help with daily life, but the comfort and quality are reflected in every detail of the building. The architect divided the house into two courtyards, east and west, named after the east courtyard - toys and the west courtyard - stage, and made a rough functional division.
The East Courtyard consists of 5 rooms with private courtyards and a common lounge area that functions as both a living room and a study. Some of the 5 guest rooms face the mountains and some overlook the water, and the irregular building body of rectangular, circular and curved shapes is like a huge building block toy. On the first floor of the west courtyard, there is an open kitchen facing the courtyard, and a dining room that can accommodate 20 people at the same time. There are only two wooden stools on the small bar facing the kitchen, and you can enjoy the warmth of your family's cooking while looking through the high kitchen window to see the mountains as green as eyebrows. The tea room on the second floor uses transparent glass windows to bring the outdoor green into the interior, and a table rises in the air to extend to the outside, and the small two-seater is surrounded by transparent floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides.
The daily rental price of a private courtyard in a mountain house is adjusted quarterly, and it is 6,599 yuan per night on Friday and Saturday; Sunday to Thursday is 4999 yuan/night; Friday and Saturday for two consecutive days is 9999 yuan/two nights; For example, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming, May Day and other special holidays are 7999 yuan/day, and there will be discounts for consecutive stays of more than 5 days. Check-in time is 2pm daily and check-out time is 12pm the next day.
It should be noted that after using the restaurant and kitchen, guests are required to clean up by themselves, or pay an additional 300 yuan cleaning service fee.
