After the reopening, the wine menu of Mr. Flying Xingsheng Road is the same as usual, with a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, whiskey, vodka, tequila, cocktails and more, with a wide selection of drinks to choose from, as well as customized special mixology services. Mr. Fly's cocktails are the same as many bars on Xingsheng Road, taking the general cocktail route, and although the quality of the products is not comparable to that of well-known big-name bartenders, it is still full of sincerity. Among its cocktail drinks, in addition to 8 summer cocktails, there are 4 champagne cocktails and 5 specialty cocktails. Summer cocktails are mostly common cocktails such as mojitos, Long Island iced tea, margaritas, etc., while specialty cocktails are exclusive to Mr. Fly, among which Top Secret Flight and Blue Jayer are very popular. The top secret flight is made of Earl Grey black tea soaked in gin, egg whites, lemon juice and syrup, and the mixture of alcohol and tea is quite novel, but this wine is not easy to eat, and girls with a light taste are recommended to choose other wines. Blue Bird is similar in that it is based on gin, black tea is replaced with blue orange syrup, egg whites, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
