Baisha Creek Hunan
Hunan Baishaxi Tea Factory Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hunan Baishaxi Tea Factory, was founded in 1939 and has a history of nearly 80 years. As the birthplace of pressed tea in the country and the cradle of marginal tea, Baishaxi has created several firsts in the history of pressed tea in China, including the first black brick tea, the first brick tea, and the first flower brick tea. In the past, black tea was mainly used as a border tea, and Baishaxi has always been a designated production unit of border tea in Northwest China, but in the late 90s of the 20th century, due to the planning model of state-owned enterprises is difficult to adapt to the development needs of the market economy, the development of enterprises lags behind, resulting in losses year after year, until 2007, Baishaxi was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise, and the focus was changed from border sales to domestic sales, embarking on the road of marketization. Baishaxi is located in the east gate of Anhua, the hometown of black tea in China, with 8,000 acres of tea plantations under the company's agreement, and has built two leading clean brick tea production lines, three-dimensional brick tea molding workshops, and black tea raw material sorting and purification workshops, with an annual production capacity of more than 20,000 tons, which is second to none in the industry.
