Founded in 1958, Hunan Yiyang Tea Factory is the country's largest manufacturer of Fu brick tea and the largest national frontier tea raw material reserve and storage enterprise, with an average annual production and sales volume of more than 12,000 tons, of which the production and sales of border tea account for 1/4 of the country's total, and the border tea raw material reserve accounts for 26.7% of the country, ranking first in the country. At the same time, Yiyang Tea Factory is also the first black tea production enterprise in Hunan Province with the right to import and export, and was rated as a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province, and the scientific research project of "Key Technology Innovation and Industrial Application of Black Tea Quality and Efficiency Improvement" was selected as the second prize of the 2016 National Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2008, the company's Fu brick tea production skills were included in the national second-class intangible cultural heritage protection list, and Yiyang Tea Factory became the only inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Fu brick tea, and also participated in the drafting, formulation and revision of the national standard for Fu brick tea. Yiyang Tea Factory has the industry's leading production line of Fu brick tea, as well as the "Jinhua Fermentation Warehouse" with a history of more than 50 years, forming a mature and stable fermentation environment for Fu tea, ensuring the unique taste and quality of Jinhua Fu brick tea.
