Orbit has obtained the international ISO9000 quality management system certificate and the EU CE certification, and has served Mengniu, BMW, SF Express, TCL and other well-known brands, and its products are also exported to Canada, the United States, Japan, Australia and other places. Orbit's patents mainly relate to the types and uses of large industrial fans. The patents of its acquirer, Keller, are mainly focused on electric motors, and the two are technically complementary. After the acquisition, Orbit launched a new superwing series in 2019, which is a permanent magnet motor type, and before that, Orbit products used traditional geared motors.
However, the richness of Orbit's products is still not as rich as that of Keler, mainly for ceiling fans, and there are only a small number of mobile fans, and there is no strict distinction between industrial and commercial use, and it performs well in terms of noise, all around 40 decibels. Since the Chaoyi series is a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the noise is as low as 38.5 decibels, and in terms of air volume, the air volume of the 7.3-meter specification reaches 15,000m³/m, which is a leader among Chinese brand products.
The pioneer series of mobile fan styles is the same as the original product opening and pioneering series in terms of configuration, with higher noise of 48 decibels.
The fan blade material of Orbit is a high-performance aluminum alloy imported by American AirlinesModel 6063The fan blade shape is developed by American Airlines' Profili V2 airfoil simulation analysis software, which can improve the comfort of the fan effect. Schneider provides a control system that automatically cuts off the output in case of an unexpected situation. The wheel hub is made of imported American Airlines AA7075 super hard aluminum alloy forging. The process of the wheel hub is divided into forging and casting, the forging strength, density and can withstand higher stress, and it is lighter than the same rigid casting wheel. Computer numerical control (COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL) ensures the accuracy of its hubs and thus safety.
Orbit has opened the road of domestic industrial fans, and the materials and technologies of fan blades and wheels have found the same shadow in the products of later brands, such as Guangdong Ruitai, Fusida, Kaxiao and Dawang Ventilation. The installation height of the Orbit fan is at least 4.5 meters, which is suitable for H-beams, I-beams, concrete beams and other house structures.
