How about Rite-Hite Industrial Big Fan Brand Introduction

Rite-Hite is a stevedoring terminal equipment company with more than 50 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing industry. Its years of business development have accumulated a wide range of downstream customer resources, especially in the fields of logistics and warehousing and industrial production. These industries are the main application areas of industrial fans, and it is logical to provide channel resources for Rite-Hite's industrial fan products, which is the market resource advantage of Rite-Hite to develop industrial fans.

Rite-Hite Industrial Large Fan Manufacturing Base is in China, and its products are certified to UL standards in the United States and Canada. After entering China in 2006, Ruitai Logistics Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established in Kunshan, Suzhou. Ruitai became a wholly-owned enterprise of Rite-Hite, and then borrowed its core technology to make industrial fans get attention and promotion in China at that time, when there were no local industrial fan brands in China.

Compared with Biaifeng and MacroAir, Rite-Hite does not have many products, and the product form is the same as that of MacroAir, only the ceiling fan type. In terms of use, there is no clear distinction between industrial and commercial use like the first two brands.

The Rite-Hite industrial fan is characterized by the number of blades, which is mainly 5-blade and 6-blade fans on the market, while Rite-Hite is mainly 3-blade fans. Theoretically, the number of fan blades is directly proportional to the air volume, and the more fan blades, the greater the air volume. However, due to the relatively large volume of industrial fans, the more fan blades will increase the weight, and then increase the safety risk factor, so it is necessary to make a balance between the large air volume brought by the number of fan blades and the safety quality induced.

Rite-Hite's proprietary "Propell-Aire™ (propeller feature) finished aluminum blades with vortex tips" technology gives the fan blades tilt, taper and twist characteristics, which can produce consistent airflow throughout the length of the blades, improve rotational performance, and become more actuating, thereby increasing air flow.

Most of Rite-Hite products use permanent magnet synchronous motors, of which the Revolution series uses traditional geared motors, while the other three products, Revolution 75, 150 and 25 series all use permanent magnet synchronous motors. The Rite-Hite product control system is a WIFI wireless touchscreen that can control up to 18 fans and can be customized with a 7-day plan. It is equipped with an optional sensor that automatically adjusts the fan speed according to the temperature and can also be connected to the building management system.

As the first generation of Rite-Hite, the Revolution series is a full-size 4-blade fan with the largest body weight and wind speed, but the noise is not low, 40 to 63 decibels, suitable for outdoor large venues or large factories. The Revolution 75 and 150 series are refined versions of the "Revolution series", with significant improvements in terms of noise, reduced by 2 to 21 decibels. The Revolution 25 series is more suitable for use in small commercial establishments due to its small size.

Rite-Hite's industrial ceiling fans need to be installed at least 3.1 meters tall. With the exception of the Revolution series, the other products are a 3-year parts, labor warranty and a 10-year structural integrity warranty. It should be noted that although Rite-Hite has a subsidiary in China, the core technology is the same, but other aspects such as product naming, parameter information, and fans sold in China are inconsistent with the official website in the United States.
