Enshi Chenguang Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd.'s self-built Sharon Valley Tea Farm is located in Enshi Grand Canyon Mazhi and Baiguo Luojiaao, with a plant area of 2,100 square meters, with 187 sets of tea-making machinery and equipment, and the eleventh generation inheritor of Enshi Yulu Cai Yunsong joined. In 2009, Cai Yunsong and Yang Shengwei, who served as a technical consultant, regained and improved the special skills of Enshi Grand Canyon alpine tea, and developed a unique charm of "Canyon Salon" tea.
 
In 1959, Yang Shengwei studied tea in the Department of Tea Science of Zhejiang Agricultural University, and was deeply influenced by the handmade tea process of Longjing in West Lake. In addition to the local group moss tea, Enshi Yulu is more used Longjing 43 and Zhenong 117 tree species to make, from the perspective of technology, West Lake Longjing focuses on vertical suppression, while Enshi Yulu pays attention to rolling into strips, so West Lake Longjing is "light flat and straight", Enshi Yulu is "round and straight", the raw materials are the same but the tea form is completely different.
 
The green tea produced by the canyon salon is more complicated in naming, and there are three kinds of steamed green tea: steamed green dew, guifang gyokuro, and enshi gyokuro, but there is little difference in its category, and you only need to pay attention to whether the process is steamed green when buying, and then choose the tea that suits you according to the price. There are several popular ration teas in the canyon salon, steamed green jade dew, Guifang Yulu Mingqian tea, Enshi Yulu pre-rain tea each has a 250g can, the price is in the early 100 yuan, Enshi Yulu pre-rain tea is slightly higher, around 150 yuan, customized for old tea customers, is a good choice for buying stockpiles.
