Liang Junde was the chief tea maker of the Zhengshan tea industry, and the first brew of Jin Junmei came from Liang Junde's hand, and the word "Jun" of Jin Junmei also came from this. Liang started his tea apprenticeship at the age of 15 and has been making a living from tea for more than 50 years, and founded the Junde Tea Factory in 2008. The annual output of the tea factory can reach 50,000 catties of refined tea, and the annual output is 20,000 catties, of which Zhengshan small species account for 60% of the company's total products. As of June 2012, there are 47 regional agents and 210 stores and sales counters nationwide.
 
There are three main series of Junde Zhengshan small species, which are also the most common in 50g cans, and the product line is more intuitive than Zhengshantang. The traditional 1610 series mainly produces traditional Yanzhengshan small species, the price of the special 50g canned is 110 yuan, and the cheapest 100g is priced at 90 yuan, which is the entry choice. Jun Mei 2005 series includes Jin Jun Mei, silver Jun Mei and copper Jun Mei, tea quality and altitude is closely related, from the altitude of 700-1000 meters of Jin Jun Mei 50g price of 850 yuan, higher altitude means that the tea tree growth cycle is longer, the content is more abundant, the price of the boutique Jin Jun Mei produced here is 1260 yuan; Yinjun Mei picks a bud and a leaf, and the price of 50g is 360 yuan, which is of course higher than Jin Junmei in terms of cost performance; Tong Jun Mei mainly picks one bud and two leaves, now generally called "red sweet", subdivided into large and small red sweet, the main difference between the two is the picking time is different: small red sweet picking time is earlier, the overall more delicate, 50g price 136 yuan. The difficulty of the process of Jin Jun Mei is to maintain the withering inside and outside the bud head, the degree of fermentation is uniform, and the kneading bud head strength is also important, overall, the price and cost relationship of Junde's Jun Mei series is relatively clear, compared to Zhengshantang to be more "pure", but it will also be affected by factors such as climate and environment, and the production may not be as stable as Zhengshantang.
 
In recent years, black tea has shifted from an export product to a domestic product, and its process is also in the exploration stage to adapt to the sensory experience of Chinese consumers. The most prominent of the 2008 series of Jointe Innovation is Zhengshan Lanyun, formerly known as Xiaozhong Hongpao, because it is named after the addition of a rock tea process on the basis of Xiaozhong black tea technology, the tea soup has a faint orchid aroma, and the price of 50g is 180 yuan. Jin Xiaozhong is selected again from the traditional special grade Zhengshan small species, the tea is cut, 50g is priced at 136 yuan, for people who are not used to broken tea, the same price of the old fir small species is also a good choice, and the pine smoke fragrance will be relatively strong.
