With 3,925 acres of organic tea gardens and 2,000 acres of conventional tea gardens, Zhengshan Tea Industry is the oldest and largest international organic tea certification production base in Fujian Province. In 2012, Zhengshan Tea Industry, as the only enterprise unit, participated in the drafting of the national standard for black tea and the small black tea part.
 
Zhengshantang is a high-end black tea brand under Zhengshan tea industry, which is produced only in April, May and June every year, and currently has a Zhengshan small black tea initial production plant and a refining and processing plant, which basically realizes mechanized workshop operation, with an annual production and processing capacity of more than 600 tons of finished tea. Its Zhengshan small tea plantations are generally distributed between 800-1500 meters above sea level, with low temperature, cloudy fog, and small temperature difference between day and night, which is suitable for the steady growth of tea trees.
