Private Island Beauties, or PIB for short, was founded by sculptor Patrick Wise to take orders in a studio of more than twenty people. Due to its smaller scale and smaller production than RealDoll, the parts of the doll are largely handmade. The popularity in China is very low, and only some senior players know its name.
 
PIB has put a lot of effort into the structure of the lower body, including the vagina and anus, and its softness and durability are more than other physical dolls on the market. In terms of price, Spinner is the most affordable, priced at 23,000 yuan, and the pricing of other series varies from 35,000 to 37,000 yuan depending on the height.
 
Due to the limited scale of production, PIB has only 23 head sculptures in total, and only 5 head sculptures can be used in different series. There are only two exclusive styles in the Spinner collection, 7 in the Girl Next Door, and 9 in the newer Bathing Beauty and Island Girl. Although PIB also offers a variety of customization options, the basic facial features are not too many, and its products use a 1:1 head sculpture size, while the body limbs are smaller than life-like, so it will give people a feeling of "big head and small body".
