How about Bifesta Cleansing Water

Bifesta is a skin care brand owned by Mandom in Japan, so it is also often called "Mandan Makeup Remover", and the name of Mandom registered in China is actually "Mandan". Bifesta Eye & Lip Makeup Remover has been in the first and second place in the cosme Awards since 2012 in the cleaning category. As a representative product of open-shelf water-oil separating cleansing water, it has the advantages of strong cleaning power, gentle use and affordable price, with a 140ml bottle of about 900 yen, or 55 yuan.

Bifesta Eye & Lip Makeup Remover uses volatile synthetic silicone oil as the main ingredient, which has a slow separation speed and can be used multiple times when shaken well, so it can easily dissolve waterproof eyeliner, mascara and other products. Bifesta Eye & Lip Makeup Remover also contains softening and moisturizing ingredients such as mineral oil, vitamin E derivatives, and B5. It will not feel dry when used, and the feel is very smooth, which can effectively avoid excessive pulling of the eye skin, but it is slightly oily and pasty after use, which is more suitable for removing heavy makeup.

Compared with the eye and lip makeup remover, Bifesta's skin makeup remover for the face is much more ordinary, with a total of four styles, among which the elastic coenzyme Q10 has the highest moisturizing level, and the other styles have no obvious difference in use. However, compared to European brands of micellar cleansing waters, Bifesta is generally thicker and softer, and is a high-cleansing cleansing cleansing water with a higher surfactant content, which needs to be washed with a facial cleanser after use. However, the formula of the beauty makeup remover contains a slightly harsh phenoxyethanol preservative, which may cause a tingling and heating sensation for those who are sensitive to it, so it is not suitable for eye makeup remover.

Due to the hot sales of Bifesta, Mandan has also registered a joint venture in China to produce a Chinese version of makeup remover products under the trademark "Bei Liyan". The formula of the Purifying and Brightening Eye Makeup Remover is roughly the same as that of Bifesta, and the Chinese-made Purity uses methylparaben as a preservative, but the added content is low, and the feeling of use is basically similar, so you need to use a facial cleanser to wash it after use. Unlike the Japanese version of the 145ml bottle, the Chinese Bei Liyan has a capacity of 110ml, which is about 40 yuan per bottle, which is not much different in price.
