The different types of products under Nenggao are "alphanumeric" series, such as K11 for waterproof series, T22 tile adhesive series, and putty powder for S33 series, so Nenggao putty powder has the word S33 in its name. Nenggao is the drafting unit of the exterior wall putty standard, so the vast majority of its putty products are exterior wall putty, and the interior wall putty is only S33-N51.
 
Exterior wall putty and interior wall putty are quite different in terms of performance and other characteristics, and generally can not be universal, the performance standard of exterior wall putty is higher than that of interior wall putty, and interior wall putty can not meet the performance requirements of external use. If the exterior wall putty is exposed, it needs to have a certain tolerance to various bad conditions, water-resistant, alkali-resistant, and anti-sun, and basically has a certain waterproof and impermeable function.
 
But on the other hand, exterior wall putty does not need to do environmental protection testing of indoor materials, the content of various VOC volatiles will definitely be higher, the environmental protection is relatively low, and it is obviously not suitable for indoor use, therefore, in the decoration industry, "the exterior wall is not used internally, and the interior wall is not used externally" is a basic principle.
 
The average home user rarely has the need for exterior wall decoration, so S33-N51 has almost become the only choice. In fact, S33-N51 is not only one product, but is divided into three models, which meet the standards of N type (water resistant type), R type (flexible type) and Y type (general type) in JG/T 298-2010 respectively.
 
About water-resistant putty and general putty has also been elaborated in detail, no longer repeated, summed up in one sentence: water-resistant putty will become the mainstream in the future, non-water-resistant general putty will be gradually eliminated, no special circumstances should choose water-resistant putty.
 
It is worth mentioning that the R type putty, from the technical standard, the performance of the R type putty is between the Y type and the N type putty. The standard state needs to reach more than 0.4MPa, slightly higher than 0.3MPa of Y type, but lower than 0.5MPa of N type, although there is a certain water resistance, but can not meet the standard of water-resistant products, only support 4 hours without blistering cracking, far lower than the water-resistant putty 48 hours without blistering cracking requirements, but the crack resistance is better, the national standard requires a minimum of 100mm diameter without cracking, if the area will not encounter long-term wet weather, R type putty can also be considered.
 
Nenggao's online channels are also very imperfect, it is almost impossible to buy online, and you can only rely on offline physical stores, but Nenggao's sales network basically covers the whole country, and it should be available in most cities.
