Compared with Liansu and Zhongcai, the product sales market of Gongyuan Pipeline is relatively narrow, mainly concentrated in East China, accounting for 62% of the total revenue, and the region is relatively strong. In order to improve this situation, AD has also established a marketing center in North China and a storage center in Xi'an and Guiyang, intending to penetrate into other regions, and the larger market investment has also diluted the profits of North China and Southwest China, with a gross profit margin of only about 15%, 10% lower than that in East China.
 
In terms of business structure, AD and Liansu are very similar, although they involve photovoltaic solar energy, electrical switches and other fields, but the plastic building materials business revenue still accounts for 95% of the revenue, and PPR pipes account for 18% of the total revenue, less than PVC and PE.
 
There are only two kinds of PPR products under the Gongyuan pipe, namely single-layer pipe and double-layer pipe, the product richness is general, but the product is very reliable in quality, and the copper parts of the pipe connection adopt a five-way wedge-shaped groove structure, which can make the metal and plastic parts more closely connected and have strong anti-penetration force compared with the triple inverted wedge.
 
The raw materials of the double-layer pipe come from world-renowned companies such as Borealis, Total, Hyosung, etc., and the impact resistance, longitudinal retraction rate and other properties of the pipe are excellent, the strength and toughness are relatively good, and the area with a large temperature difference can also be used normally. However, the price of the Gongyuan pipe is very high, about 25 yuan per meter for double-layer pipes and 20 yuan per meter for single-layer pipes, which are much higher than Liansu and Rifeng, which are close to performance, and are slightly inferior in cost performance.
