Although Ruihao and Uponor are both experts in plastic pipes, compared with Uponor, Ruihao not only produces heating-related components, but also involves the production of plastic parts such as door and window materials and roller shutter doors, and is the largest sales enterprise of PVC profiles in Germany, and Ruihao is also a parts supplier for Volkswagen, and produced arm straps and side panels for the then Volkswagen Beetle 60 years ago.
 
Like Uponor, Ruihao's China plant is also located in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, but Ruihao entered China earlier, and the factory was put into use in 2004. In terms of sales, the direct management through the Chinese branch solves the problem of unreachable compared with the agent model, and can control the suppliers in real time, customize more reasonable sales targets, and also reflect the importance of Ruihao to the Chinese market.
 
Ruihao has a floor heating pipe and a manifold, and the floor heating pipe is made of PE-Xa (cross-linked polyethylene), which is the same as Uponor. Compared with general polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene improves a series of physical and chemical properties such as thermal strength, aging resistance, dimensional stability, stress crack resistance, etc., and has strong durability, and is a popular material for floor heating pipes.
 
Ruihao floor heating pipe adopts a three-layer oxygen barrier structure, which is slightly weaker than Uponor's five-layer oxygen barrier pipe, but in terms of oxygen barrier performance, the difference between three layers and five layers is not obvious, which is enough to be used as a floor heating pipe to prevent the occurrence of oxygen infiltration, and the price of the three-layer oxygen barrier pipe is cheaper than Uponor due to the low cost of materials, with a price of 10.5 yuan per meter.
 
The material of Ruihao water collector is brass, integrated molding without welding, and the price of the 5-circuit model is 2000 yuan. In fact, the rust of the water collector depends more on the oxygen in the water, if the oxygen-blocking material is used on the pipe, the brass water collector also has strong durability; On the contrary, if the oxygen barrier pipe is not used, the oxygen in the water will not only corrode the metal, but also easily cause microbial growth, and any manifold may be blocked. Therefore, it is recommended that users pay more attention to the oxygen resistance of the pipe, and do not need to pay too much attention to the material of the water collector, brass and stainless steel.
 
It should be noted that there is also a Ruihao company in Shanghai, China that produces floor heating related products, but it has nothing to do with the German Ruihao, but a brand called "Shanghai Ruihao" established in 2007. The trademark of German Ruihao is "REHAU", while the trademark of Shanghai Ruihao is "RHPIPE", and consumers need to distinguish when purchasing.
