Founded in 1973, BMC is an Italian manufacturer of high-performance air intake systems, and has been manufacturing automotive air filters since 1991. BMC began working with the Ferrari F1 team in 1995 to provide them with race-specific air intake systems. In addition to working with seven F1 teams and several Moto GP manufacturers, it is also a supplier of the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC), American Le Mans, German Touring Car Masters (DTM), World Superbike Championship (WSBK) and many other major competitions.
 
BMC's reputation in the competitive filter is impressive, with several major champions equipped with it: Formula 1 (9), American Le Mans (10), 24 Hours of Le Mans (11), German Touring Car Masters (9), WSBK (2), AMA Superbike (1) and Suzuki 8 Hours (1).
 
BMC's original air filters cover most models on the market, and the price ranges from 500 yuan to thousands of yuan depending on the model. Manufactured using "one-shot" technology, BMC air filters are molded from a single mold with no attachment points, reducing the risk of breakage, and a stiffer frame for excellent durability. The filter element is made of multiple layers of special gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil, sandwiched between an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, with a filtration efficiency of 98.5% and the advantages of high flow and high filtration rate. BMC's air filter can be used repeatedly, ranging from 200,000 km to 500,000 km depending on the working conditions, and it is recommended to clean once every 5,000 km.
