Wind Chaser is a niche brand from Taiwan, its different businesses have different foundries, the vast majority of the brand awareness comes from the chassis business, and the focus is gradually shifting to air-cooled radiators, which is performing very well and is very popular overseas. The most classic air cooling of the wind chaser is the PH-TC12DX, which has been launched for many years, and there has been no iteration in the process, but the heat dissipation performance is good. The copper bottom is mirror-plated with nickel plating by welding process, and the heat sink is blackened. The officially advertised patented c.s.p.c (cold plasma spraying) and P.A.T.S. (Physical Antioxidant Thermal Shielding) technologies are essentially a layer of spray paint, and there is not much metaphysics. The other PH-TC14PE is similar in appearance to the Cat Fan D series, with 5 8mm heat pipes arranged in parallel, and the copper bottom is directly touched by the nickel-plated mirror base welding process and the fin connection process. It comes standard with dual 140mm PH-F140 PWM fans, with a maximum wind power of 88.6 CFM and a medium level of temperature control, making it a well-known name in the 140mm fan world.
 
The PH-F140 PWM fan has acceptable noise control under the standard single fan, but the noise level of the dual fans can reach more than 50dBA, which is equivalent to the volume of normal conversations between people. Despite this, the excellent workmanship and materials still establish a good reputation among players. In terms of after-sales, the wind chaser provides a warranty of up to 5 years, which is longer than that of other manufacturers, which is more conscientious.
