Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qianjiang Motorcycle"), formerly known as Wenling Motorcycle General Factory founded in 1985, the company is based on the formation of a strong vehicle and engine design ability and level of the company, at the same time, strengthen the appearance design ability, the product is aimed at distinctive European cultural characteristics, through technology grafting and integration, at present, it has become one of the few motorcycle manufacturers in China with independent design and development capabilities and many varieties of engines and a large span. It has successfully developed a series of motorcycles with a displacement of more than 250cc (more than two cylinders) for commercial, retro, sports and leisure. It has become a banner of pure national brands in China. Its brands include Qianjiang Motorcycle, Benelli, Keeway and other brands, and its product range covers a full range of motorcycles from 110cc ordinary scooters to 1200cc large displacement. Qianjiang wear-resistant technology, 555 service, and EFI technology have been leading the technological progress of the industry.

On May 14, 1999, "Qianjiang Motorcycle" stock (stock code: 000913) was listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange; In October 2005, it successfully acquired BENELLI, a century-old Italian motorcycle company, creating a precedent for cross-border acquisition of local brands in China's motorcycle industry.
