Jiangsu Linhai Power Machinery Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Fuma Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., and is a central enterprise under the jurisdiction of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
