Hebei Chengde Lulu Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Chengde High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei Province. Its predecessor was Chengde Canned Food Factory, which was founded in 1950. In November 1997, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 000848. In 2006, after the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, Wanxiang Sannong Group Co., Ltd. held 42.55% of the company's shares and became the company's largest shareholder.
