Santa Ana Cake House (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., founded in Hong Kong in 1972, is a popular Western-style cake shop with a large-scale automated cake production line, and belongs to Hong Kong Li & Fung Group, a large international multinational trading group

With retail outlets in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou, Santa Ana Bakery now has a network of over 100 stores through which it distributes its own bread, cakes and festive food under its own brand.

Santa Ana opened her first cake house in Happy Valley, Hong Kong in 1972. In 1992, the company expanded its business to Macau and entered Guangzhou in 2002.

In order to cope with the rising market demand, Santa Ana set up an automated production line for large-scale bread and pastries in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong in 1993, and a state-of-the-art food production center in Shenzhen in 1995 at a cost of tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars.

With steady development, Santa Ana Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2000, becoming the first listed bakery chain business in Hong Kong.

In 2007, Santa Ana Holdings Limited was fully acquired and privatized by Leah Retail Limited and became a member of Fung Retail (formerly Li & Fung Retail).

St. Anna's Bakery is the first bakery chain in Hong Kong to be awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management and HACCP Food Hygiene and Safety Key Control System certificates for many consecutive years.

St. Anna's Bakery was awarded the "2009 Outstanding Service Award" by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) (Grassroots Level - Food Shop Category).
