Shanghai Famous Trademark, Shanghai Famous Brand Product, well-known domestic bakery product chain operator, and foreign-invested bakery enterprise that entered the Chinese market earlier

Christine International Holdings Limited ("Christine" or the "Company") is a leading bakery products chain operator in China. We have been producing and selling bakery products since 1993 and are the first foreign-invested bakery to enter the Chinese market. According to Euromonitor, as at 31 December 2010, we owned and operated a larger (in terms of revenue and number of retail outlets) retail chain stores selling bakery products in China.

We mainly operate in prime locations and major cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, including Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province. We sell over 2,200 kinds of breads, cakes, mooncakes, dried snacks and a number of other products, and launch a variety of new products every month to meet different needs.

We have five central bakery factories that centralize the procurement of materials and pay attention to the safety, nutrition and quality stability of our products. In addition to launching new varieties of bakery products, we also focus on research and development, which enables us to launch new formulations such as GABA to help customers "bring home a healthy lifestyle", and our reputation and brand value have been widely recognized by consumers, and we have won many awards such as "Shanghai Famous Trademark" over the years.
