A quaint workshop wafted out of the mellow fragrance, that is Chen Cifan (now the grandfather of Chen Kuijiang, the legal person of Childhoodji Food Co., Ltd.) handmade fried peanuts, tofu and sweet potato wine by the old man is freshly baked, the old man picked up a basket, loaded these foods, and began to sell along the street for a day...... My grandfather's handicraft workshop left me with childhood memories and inspired my dream of running a food processing business.

In 1989, 10 years after China's reform and opening up, I registered and established Pingjiang County Dongjie Melon Seed Factory in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, and it took me five years to become the first in the county. In 1996, the company moved south to Changsha, rented Changsha tannery, and registered Changsha Yahua Food Factory. Due to the needs of urban development and demolition, in 2001, the factory moved east to Jintuo Village, Langli Town, Changsha County, and bought an old tea factory covering an area of 11 acres for expansion, and founded Yalin Food Co., Ltd. In 2005, the No. 1 document of the central government proposed to develop agricultural industrialization, which had a great impact on me, and I believed that the company should also keep up with this direction and grasp this development opportunity. So in 2007, the production line was put into operation in Langli Town Industrial Park, with a daily production capacity of 170 tons, and since then it has officially embarked on the road of large-scale development.
