Shandong Jinhai Titanium Resources Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the subsidiaries of Shandong Lubei Enterprise Group Corporation. The company is located in Lubei High-tech Development Zone, the northernmost part of Shandong Province, in the Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone and the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone superimposed belt, close to Huanghua Port, 120km away from Tianjin Port, and connected to Changshen Expressway and Tianjin-Shantou Expressway. The geographical environment is superior, and the water and land transportation is convenient.
Since 2002, Lubei Group has begun to develop the titanium industry, and over the years, the group has always adhered to the concept of rejuvenating enterprises with science and technology, innovation and development. Starting from 15Kt/a titanium dioxide in Lubei Titanium Industry, after more than ten years of development, it has reached 60Kt/a, and on this basis, it will continue to expand its scale and build a new rutile titanium dioxide project, namely Shandong Jinhai Titanium Industry Resources Technology Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 1,500 acres, with a total investment of 800 million yuan, and the production capacity of the device is 150Kt/a rutile titanium dioxide. The company now has more than 500 employees, including 200 engineering and technical personnel. The main products are nano titanium dioxide, chemical fiber titanium dioxide, coating titanium dioxide, plastic titanium dioxide, titanium tungsten powder, denitrification agent and other products.
The device adopts the top technology at home and abroad, the introduction of advanced equipment, the use of DCS control, production technology, equipment and automation control and other aspects in the domestic leading level, the project relies on the Lubei Group invented "titanium dioxide waste acid comprehensive utilization", "phosphogypsum sulfuric acid co-production cement" and "waste denitrification agent comprehensive utilization" and other patented technologies, to achieve titanium, sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus, calcium co-production, and recycling waste denitrification. Realize the effective recycling and comprehensive utilization of resources.
Relying on the existing 150Kt/a rutile titanium dioxide production unit, the company carries out coupling connection design and construction of a denitrification titanium dioxide production line with a capacity of 20Kt/a and a destocking catalyst production line with a capacity of 10,000m3/a.
At present, the company is building a 100Kt/a high titanium slag project and a 100Kt/a chlorinated rutile titanium dioxide and supporting thermal projects, and relying on location advantages and technical advantages to build China's titanium industry base.
