Guangxi Jinmao Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive chemical circular economy enterprise mainly engaged in the production of titanium dioxide, as well as industrial sulfuric acid, iron oxide and other comprehensive chemical circular economy enterprises.

Guangxi Jinmao Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO 9001 (2008) quality management system certification, and the production of "Fujimao" brand JMA-110 pigment titanium dioxide and enamel titanium dioxide has won the titles of Guangxi implementation product standard registration qualified unit, Guangxi famous brand product, Guangxi famous trademark and so on. The product quality is far better than the GB/T 1706-2006 national standard. The products are mainly used in paint, ink, powder coating, rubber, plastic, shoemaking, papermaking and enamel industries. Guangxi Jinmao Titanium Industry Co., LtdPingzheng Operation CenterIt is located in Pingzheng Village, Tengzhou Town, Tengxian County, Guangxi, covering an area of 600 acres, with more than 400 employees and 52 engineering and R&D technicians. The operation center has a deep-water terminal with an annual throughput of 600,000 tons.

The production capacity is: 50,000 tons/year of titanium dioxide, 250,000 tons/year of sulfuric acid, 5,000 tons/year of iron oxide, 5,000 tons/year of magnesium sulfate, 200,000 tons/year of iron slag, and 200,000 tons/year of ferrous sulfate. It is planned to launch an annual output of 100,000 tons of rutile titanium dioxide production project and an annual output of 200,000 tons/year phosphate fertilizer production project. The annual output of 50,000 tons of titanium dioxide is divided into three production lines, which can produce pigment-grade titanium dioxide, enamel-grade titanium dioxide and ceramic or other special titanium dioxide at the same time. The sulfuric acid produced is used for the production of titanium dioxide, and part of the steam generated by the sulfuric acid production line is used for power generation, and part of it is used for the concentration process of titanium dioxide production.

The production of iron oxide and magnesium sulfate greatly absorbs the waste acid and ferrous sulfate produced by the titanium dioxide production line to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization. The sulfuric acid production line achieves a high degree of automatic control, and the titanium dioxide production line takes the principle of large-scale, compact and efficient technical equipment, and actively adopts the process technology of high resource utilization, low pollutant output and conducive to recycling, and adopts a number of domestic advanced titanium dioxide production technology and equipment in design.

Guangxi Jinmao Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. Fuji Operation Center is located in Fuji Qiaotou, Sanpo Village, Tengzhou Town, Tengxian County, Guangxi, 3 kilometers away from Pingzheng Operation Center, covering an area of 400 acres, with more than 400 employees and 43 engineering and R&D technicians. The operation center has a deep-water terminal with an annual throughput of 500,000 tons.

The existing production capacity is: 50,000 tons/year of titanium dioxide, 200,000 tons/year of sulfuric acid, 200,000 tons/year of iron slag, 200,000 tons/year of ferrous sulfate (phase I project), and plans to launch the second phase of the project: 50,000 tons/year of titanium dioxide and 200,000 tons/year of sulfuric acid. The titanium dioxide production line is divided into two production lines, which can produce pigment grade titanium dioxide and enamel grade or other special titanium dioxide at the same time.

The production line adopts domestic advanced equipment and production technology. The production line is more advanced, reasonable and scientific than the Pingzheng operation center, and the degree of automation is higher.
