AT&T公司（英语：AT&T Inc.，原为American Telephone & Telegraph的缩写，也是中文译名United States电话电报公司由来，但近年来已不用全名），是一家United States电信公司，United States第二大移动运营商，创建于Year 1877，曾长期垄断United States长途和本地电话市场。 AT&T在近120年中，曾经过多次分拆和重组。目前，AT&T是United States最大的本地和长途电话公司，总部曾经位于得克萨斯州圣安东尼奥，2008年搬到了得州北部大城市达拉斯。 AT&T也是是United StatesNBA联盟圣安东尼奥马刺的球馆英语名AT&T Center。
United States电话电报公司有8个主要部门 ：贝尔实验室、商业市场集团、数据系统公司 、通用市场集团 、网络运营集团、网络系统集团、技术系统集团、公司国际集团。主要业务是：为国内国际提供电话服务。利用海底电缆、海底光缆、通信卫星，可联系250个国家和地区，147个国家和地区可直接拨号。提供商业机器、数据类产品和消费类产品。提供电信网络系统。各种服务及租赁业务。它还为政府提供产品和服务。该公司非常重视科研和开发新产品。United States电话电报公司在泰国、德国、新加坡等地设有工厂。在意大利、韩国、日本等国设有子公司或者合资公司。1995年9月，该公司解体为三个独立的公司：通讯服务公司、通讯设备公司、电脑信息服务公司，并且退出个人电脑领域。AT&T的瓦解过程开始于1984年。在United States政府反垄断政策的强制干预下，公司的本地电话业务被分裂出去，重新组建了7个子公司，分别是：贝尔太平洋公司、Ameritech公司、贝尔西南公司、贝尔西部United States公司、贝尔大西洋公司、贝尔南方公司和Nynex公司。分裂出去的7个子公司，经过一系列的合并以后，到现在只有3个还保持着完全独立。
