Our Specialty Printing Group (SPG) designs, manufactures, and sells purpose-built printing equipment that enables real-time, on-demand printing of a wide range of information. These devices are used by manufacturers, service organizations, and government agencies around the world for automated identification, data collection, and personal authentication, helping them improve efficiency, provide better customer service, and achieve better security. Our products include direct thermal and thermal transfer label and receipt printers, passive radio frequency identification (RFID) printers/encoders, and dye sublimation card printers. We also sell a full range of specialty consumables, including self-adhesive labels, ribbons, thermal printheads, card supplies, batteries, and other accessories, such as label design and printer network management software.

Formed in 2008 through the acquisitions of Navis Holdings, LLC, WhereNet Corp., proveo AG and Multispectral Solutions Inc., Zebra's Enterprise Solutions Group (ZES) provides asset tracking and management solutions designed to optimize the flow of goods in complex logistics operations. Whether it's tracking containers and cargo through major ports, managing components for lean manufacturing, or managing ground support equipment at a large airport, ZES' automated asset tracking and management solutions enable business process improvements. With the wide range of products offered by these acquirers, ZES is able to provide enhanced asset monitoring capabilities and improve business efficiency for industries such as aviation, defense, civil aviation, automotive, industrial manufacturing, maritime, and transportation and logistics. Headquartered in Vernon Hills, Illinois, Zebra was founded in 1969 as Data Specialties Inc., a manufacturer of high-speed electromechanical products. The company shifted its focus to on-demand labeling and ticketing systems in 1982 and changed its name to Zebra Technologies Corp. in 1986. Zebra went public in 1991 and its shares are traded on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange under the symbol ZBRA. Zebra currently generates more than $650 million in annual sales, all of which are manufactured at the company's facilities in Vernon Hills, Illinois, and Camarillo, California. Zebra's international distribution network spans more than 90 countries. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Zebra Technologies Europe Ltd is responsible for the sales and support of products and specialty label products for the wider region of Europe and the Middle East, including managing sales and support offices in France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. Zebra Technologies Latin America, LLC, based in Miami, Florida, USA, is responsible for the company's overall operations in Latin America. In addition, Zebra has product sales and support offices in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Zebra Technologies Asia Pacific, LLC, based in Singapore, is responsible for the company's activities in the region, including managing sales and support organizations in China, Japan, Korea and Australia.
