Hang Lung Plaza is a branded urban mixed-use project developed by Hong Kong's Hang Lung Properties in the Mainland. At present, Hang Lung Properties has 10 projects in Chinese mainland, located in Shanghai (2), Shenyang (2), Jinan, Wuxi, Tianjin, Dalian, Kunming and Wuhan. The first of these projects is located at No. 1266 on the north side of Nanjing West Road in Jing'an District, between North Shaanxi Road and Xikang Road. 66 floors above ground, 288 meters, 3 floors underground, 5 floors of podium, covering an area of 30,788 square meters. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the streamlined glass main building comprises the office and shopping mall.

In addition, the giant lights on the roof of the building towering into the clouds, and the bustling night of Shanghai reflect each other, becoming a more representative architectural symbol of Shanghai.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, a renowned American architectural design firm, Hang Lung Plaza is an avant-garde architectural concept that blends modernity and art, with the iconic giant lights at the top and the smooth lines of the overall building.
