Founded in 2010, Haokang Home provides professional housekeeping services such as cleaning, nanny, storage, and deep cleaning to create a healthy and comfortable home life for you. The purpose of Haokang at home is to make both the service and the people being served feel happy. Haokang only focuses on one thing, providing convenient, effective and high-quality family services for families.
In March 2011, Haokang cooperated with the Japanese housekeeping company Bears at home to establish a "heavy direct sales" business model. Haokang has not only introduced BEARS' advanced service model and systematic training system, but also introduced a full set of tools, and has also divided and improved its own product line in more detail.
Haokang introduced a Japanese standardized service process at home, dividing the family into six areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, dining room, and balcony, and then subdivided the service into 40 major items and 108 sub-items, corresponding to each item in the family scene, with specific service requirements.
Haokang domestic staff provides unified process training to improve their professional standards from the aspects of etiquette, theory, and practice. Each domestic employee must complete relevant professional training and pass the assessment, and can only take up the post with excellent grades. At the same time, Haokang also provides lifelong training for employees who have been hired multiple times a year to help them improve their skill level.
All employees at home are 100% self-employed, with strict recruitment, onboarding, training, assessment, and management standards, and the self-operated model can better train and supervise employees in a unified manner and improve service quality more directly.
On March 14, 2018, Haokang reached a strategic cooperation with Isabel College in Manila, Philippines, to jointly build a cooperative campus and jointly promote education and training cooperation in the supply chain of the service industry. The Philippine branch of Haokang Home (China) Technology Co., Ltd. was also established at the same time, so as to continue to send Chinese domestic personnel to participate in local training in the Philippines, open up a larger foreign training market for the Philippines, and provide higher-end professional services at home and abroad.
