MCC (Shanghai) Steel Structure Technology Co., Ltd. is an important backbone subsidiary of China Minmetals and China Metallurgical, which was established in April 2018 with Shanghai Baoye Steel Structure as the main body and integrating the steel structure business of China 20th Metallurgical Corporation and Shanghai Metallurgical Corporation in Shanghai, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan.
The predecessor of the company started from the metallurgical field gloriously, participated in the construction of Wuhan Iron and Steel in 1954, the construction of Pangang in 1966, the construction of Baosteel in 1978, lasted more than 60 years to fight for most of China, undertook the construction of China's main metallurgical steel structure engineering, and was the earliest construction enterprise engaged in steel structure business in China.
