In cooperation with South China University of Technology, the third-generation carbon-negative housing product X-HOUSE has been developed, which adopts modular structure, green carbon-negative and other design concepts. In Huizhou, the first zero-energy renovated office building in Guangdong Province has been completed and operated, achieving zero carbon, zero energy consumption, zero discharge and zero wastewater. In addition, there are green transformation and upgrading cases such as Baoan 1990, Beijing Kailite Factory, and Nanshan District Government Building. In view of the "difficulty of walking" and "difficulty of parking", the company has independently developed a series of products for slow traffic and smart parking. The slow traffic system has provided citizens in more than 10 cities with a comfortable cycling or strolling experience, and smart parking has added more than 50,000 parking spaces to more than 70 communities across the country.
