ZhongYin Law Firm was established in January 1993, and after merging with Zhengtai Law Firm, which was established in 2003, ZhongYin Law Firm entered the track of rapid development in 2008.
ZhongYin Law Firm is one of the earliest partnership law firms in China approved by the judicial department, and is also the earliest law firm engaged in securities legal business in China.
