Founded in 2007, Shanghai Cool Young is an infant food brand integrating R&D, production, sales and service. In line with the strong mission of providing safe and nutritious complementary food and health food for mothers and infants, we have cooperated with the unique core technology of PBY Medical Research Center in France to focus on the exploration and research of scientific feeding of Chinese babies.
At present, it has two subsidiaries: Shanghai Kuyou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Wangzheng Trading Co., Ltd. In the past 10 years, it has launched more than 100 kinds of high-quality products in three series: nutritious rice noodles, functional nutrition products and baby snacks, with a monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces. The sales area covers most of China outside Tibet, with more than 20,000 cooperative outlets, and has become the preferred brand for tens of millions of mothers.
Advanced production equipment: Kuyou has invested 20 million yuan to build a 100,000-level dust-free purification workshop, strictly controls temperature, humidity and various necessary indicators, and implements all-round safety control from raw materials to finished products through RRT food safety management system and PBY nutrition optimization core technology to ensure that every bite of complementary food is safe and high-quality.
Innovative production process: Cool Baby adopts the global synchronous drum wet process and the unique "steaming" process production equipment of Cool Young, so that the nutrients are evenly distributed in each particle and will not bring adverse reactions such as fire to the baby. Professional R&D team: Kuyo has 1 doctorate-level R&D personnel, more than 5 master-level quality control personnel, and most of the grass-roots production personnel are from the pharmaceutical industry, which has almost strict requirements and operating specifications for the key control points and quality control of the process.
