Shanghai Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhejiang Ruian Jiangnan Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1989 and is a "standing director unit of China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association" and a "high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province".
In order to seek greater development, Jiangnan Company moved to Shanghai as a whole in 2003. In 2004, the sales exceeded 100 million yuan, and won the honorary titles of "China's Top 10 Packaging Machinery Enterprises", "Shanghai Science and Technology ★★★★★-level Enterprise with the Most Development Potential", "Advanced Unit of Private Enterprises in Songjiang District, Shanghai" and "Advanced Collective of Technological Innovation of Industrial Enterprises in Songjiang District", and was listed as "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise" in 2009.
Mr. Yang Yijun, the founder of the company, began the research and development of pharmaceutical blister packaging machine in 1985, and successfully launched China's first flat blister packaging machine in 1989, which passed the provincial appraisal in 1991, and won the gold medal of the "Third National New Technology and New Product Expo" of the State Science and Technology Commission, the gold medal of the "Patent Science and Technology Achievement Expo", the gold medal of the "95 International Expo" and the "Zhejiang Gold Award" of the Provincial Economic Commission, etc., and was included in the "National Torch Plan" in 2002. The inventor, Mr. Yang Yijun, was awarded the title of "Zhejiang Spark Star Entrepreneur", "Zhejiang Outstanding Patent Factory Director" and "China Outstanding Innovative Entrepreneur" in 2009.
Now, after more than 20 years of unremitting efforts by the two generations of the company, it has successively obtained 19 national patents, and the relevant technologies have reached the international advanced level.
