Shanghai Far East Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. is the largest comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer in China, with a history of nearly 50 years of production of pharmaceutical machinery, and is the birthplace of the country's first tubular multi-effect distilled water machine, the first ampoule washing, drying, filling and sealing linkage production line, and the first boiling granulator.

In 1992, it was formed by the merger of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory, No. 2 Factory, No. 3 Factory and No. 4 Factory, and has nearly 60 years of experience in serving pharmaceutical companies.

In 2011, Shanghai Qianshan Far East Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. was newly established in cooperation with Hunan Qianshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the newly established company is mainly engaged in the manufacture of injection equipment such as ampoule washing, drying, filling and sealing linkage line and vacuum freeze dryer, and Shanghai Far East focuses on the design, production, installation and service of purified water equipment, distilled water machine, pure steam generator, storage tank and non-standard equipment.

The professional force is strong, including 3 senior engineers and more than 30 professional and technical personnel.

At the same time, it has the national design and manufacturing license for Class I and Class II pressure vessels, and has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification. The company is the earliest enterprise in China to produce multi-effect distilled water machine, and took the lead in designing and manufacturing the first LD500-4A multi-effect distilled water machine in 1981.

Over the past ten years, the company has been innovating and keeping up with the latest foreign technology, and the distilled water machine produced has high thermal efficiency, which is more than two-thirds energy-saving compared with the old-fashioned single-effect distilled water machine, and the distilled water quality is stable, pyrogen-free, and the purity is high, in line with the provisions of the latest pharmacopoeia 2010 edition.

The company is the drafting unit of China's pharmaceutical machinery industry standard for multi-effect distilled water machine (JB20030-2004), and the distilled water machine has successively won the title of substituting imported products, national new products, Shanghai famous products and other honors, and has passed CE certification.
