Xingma Express Elevator Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and built in China by South Korea's Otis Elevator Company, a subsidiary of Otis Elevator Company of the United States, which mainly produces, manufactures and sells elevators and escalators.

The company was established in November 1995, and the Dalian factory was officially put into production in October 1997. In 1999, South Korea's LG cooperated with UTC (United Technology Corporation), which was rated as the most respected enterprise by FORTUNE magazine in the United States for four consecutive years, and in 2001, LG Elevator officially changed its name to SIGMA Elevator. The company has a registered capital of 12.155 million US dollars and covers an area of 160_052 square meters. Otis Elevator Co., Ltd. is a multinational lifting equipment professional company that produces world-class elevators, three-dimensional parking equipment, escalators, sidewalks, etc., SIGMA is one of the three components of the world's largest lifting equipment company Otis in China, with an annual export volume equivalent to the total demand in Malaysia.
