Founded in 1874 in Switzerland by Robert Schindler and headquartered in the beautiful city of Lucerne, Schindler Elevator & Escalator Company has a history of more than 130 years and is the world's largest manufacturer of escalators and the world's second largest elevator supplier. Schindler China is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swiss Schindler Group.
