Founded in June 1992, the company was established as a joint venture by Henan Xinyang Antelope Mountain Pharmaceutical Factory and Hong Kong Ruixing Enterprise Company, and was successfully listed in October 2000 and grew into a well-known pharmaceutical enterprise in China.
