Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory is one of the national key large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises, located among the top 50 in the national traditional Chinese medicine industry, and is a national GMP certified enterprise.
The company has more than 800 employees, 7 production workshops and 2 branches (decoction piece company, Huana company), and its products cover 11 major dosage forms and more than 200 varieties. A variety of products have won the title of high-quality products at the international, national, provincial and municipal levels. The company has been rated as a national, industry, provincial and municipal advanced enterprise for many times, and is also a member of the United Nations Development Programme in China and a member of a well-known protection organization. Shiyitang is the only international registered trademark in Heilongjiang Province. It integrates the trademark name, product brand and corporate brand, and ranks among the best in the previous trademark evaluations in Heilongjiang Province, with an evaluation of more than one billion yuan in brand intangible assets.
Founded in 1903 (the 29th year of Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty), Shiyitang was founded as an old pharmacy at the beginning, and later transformed into a pharmaceutical workshop.
In the early years of the Republic of China, Shiyitang had four branches: Jilin Laohao, Acheng Shiyitang, Daowai Shiyitang, and Daoli Shiyitang, showing the prototype of chain management.
In 1915 (the fourth year of the Republic of China), the deer horn glue produced by Shiyitang went abroad and participated in the first "International Panama Exposition" on behalf of domestic products and won the gold medal.
Since then, Shiyitang's development has entered its heyday, and more than a dozen branches have been opened in North China, and its reputation has risen to the same level as Beijing Tong Ren Tang.
After surviving the turbulent years, in the 40s, Shiyitang was reborn with the support of the party and the government.
In the early 50s, the average monthly sales of Daoli Shiyitang were 55,000 yuan, and the annual sales were 540,000 yuan.
In 1956, Shiyitang implemented a public-private partnership, and Shiyitang Pharmacy was assigned to the leadership of Harbin Medicinal Materials Company, and two stores were established, namely Daoli Shiyitang Store Department and Daowai Shiyitang Store, which retained the title of the original Shiyitang Pharmacy and resumed the processing and production of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
Since 1986, the company has invested 200 million yuan to expand and transform Shiyitang in different places. The new factory was relocated to No. 18 Dakang Road, Daoli District, covering an area of 134,000 square meters.
In 1990, the company implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the factory with science and technology, vigorously invested in technology, developed new products, improved product quality, and established brand concepts. At the same time, the company has carried out international registration in Madrid member countries, and has obtained the exclusive right to use trademarks in dozens of countries, becoming the only enterprise in Heilongjiang Province with international registered trademarks at that time.
In 1996, Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory was certified as a "China Time-honored Brand" enterprise by the Ministry of Domestic Trade.
In 2000, as a subsidiary of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory was officially renamed as Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory.
In June 2005, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory was approved by the China Federation of Commerce as a member unit of "China Time-honored Brand".
In 2006, the registered trademark "Shiyitang" of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory was recognized as "China Time-honored Brand" by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Shiyitang ranked 34th in the first Top 100 Chinese Time-honored Brand Value List, and is one of the only pharmaceutical companies in Heilongjiang Province to enter the "Top 100 List".
In April 2008, according to the strategic development needs of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory was integrated with Harbin Pharmaceutical Group No. 2 Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory and Harbin Pharmaceutical Group No. 3 Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory, forming a large-scale professional production base of traditional Chinese medicine with total assets of more than 1 billion yuan, integrating sales, production and scientific research, and integrating traditional Chinese medicine and modern Chinese medicine, and further enhancing its comprehensive strength.
