Rourou sanitary napkins have won the favor of consumers with the health characteristics of "no fluorescent agent", and since 2004, the quality of the whole series of products has been improved to better meet the needs of consumers.

TOP (China) Group is a wholly-owned enterprise invested by Taiwan TIP Group in Chinese mainland. In 1991, TOP came to Chinese mainland for the first time and founded the first wholly-owned enterprise in Shenyang, Shenyang Donglian Commodity Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of maternal and child products. The following year, a second wholly-owned enterprise was established in Wuxi, Depu Daily Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd., which produced daily chemicals, maternal and children's products, and household products. Later, it opened sales windows in more than 100 major cities across the country, and established the headquarters of OFF (China) Enterprise Group in Shanghai in 94. Up to now, TOPU has opened branches in major provinces across the country, and its scale has been expanding.
