China National Aviation Fuel Corporation is a large-scale state-owned air transport service guarantee enterprise established on the basis of the former China National Aviation Fuel Corporation, and is a large domestic aviation fuel supplier integrating aviation fuel procurement, transportation, storage, testing, sales and bunkering, an investment institution authorized by the State Council and a pilot enterprise of the state holding company, and a central enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

China Aviation Fuel Holdings, shareholding in 20 domestic and foreign enterprises, built a nationwide aviation fuel, refined oil sales network and a complete oil logistics distribution system, has fuel supply facilities in more than 190 airports across the country, provides aviation fuel refueling services for more than 200 aviation customers around the world, and provides wholesale, retail, warehousing and distribution services of gasoline, diesel and petrochemical products for civil aviation and social vehicles in 25 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, The Bohai Bay and southwest regions have built large-scale logistics storage and transportation bases for refined oil and petrochemical products.

China Aviation Fuel has become the largest jet fuel supplier in Asia. In July 2015, with an operating income of 222.9 billion yuan in 2014, it ranked 321st in the Fortune Global 500. China Aviation Oil made the list for the first time in 2011 and for the fifth consecutive year, with rankings of 431, 318, 277, 314 and 321.
