Shanjiao Coking Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive utilization of coal enterprises integrating coal washing, coking production, coal tar and crude benzene processing, methanol production, electronic technology, chemical design, construction and installation, logistics and trade, property services, etc., and is one of the first batch of 82 circular economy pilot enterprises and the first batch of "two-type" (resource-saving and environment-friendly) demonstration enterprises in China, and is the demonstration base for the extension of the coal coking industry chain of Shanxi Coking Coal Group.
Founded in 1969, the company has 7,933 employees and total assets of 15 billion yuan. There are 6 JN60 coke ovens, with a design capacity of 3 million tons/year, supporting 300,000 tons/year of coal tar processing, 350,000 tons/year of methanol, 100,000 tons/year of benzene refining, 80,000 tons/year of carbon black, etc., with 38 sets of main production equipment, producing 45 kinds of products such as coke, ammonium sulfate, industrial naphthalene, asphalt, anthracene oil, washing oil, phenols, carbon black, methanol, benzene, etc.
The company has 22 government departments, 27 directly subordinate units, 11 secondary units, and 11 foreign shares in Shanxi China Coal Huajin Energy Co., Ltd., Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. and other 11 companies. The core subsidiary, Shanjiao Coking Co., Ltd., was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in August 1996 and is the second listed company in Shanxi Province and the first listed company in the coking industry in China.
