It has 6 subsidiaries (including 1 listed company), mainly with an annual production capacity of 360,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 580,000 tons of urea, 150,000 tons of TDI, 160,000 tons of caustic soda, concentrated nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. Cangzhou Dahua, formerly known as the national first-class enterprise - Cangzhou Fertilizer Plant in Hebei Province, is one of the first 13 large nitrogen fertilizer enterprises introduced and constructed in China in the early seventies of the twentieth century, which was completed and put into operation in 1977, changed from the factory system to the company system in June 1996, and reorganized and cooperated with China National Chemical Corporation in October 2006.
