Wuhu Conch New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhu Conch Profile Technology Co., Ltd., a professional company engaged in the production, sales and research and development of new materials industry. At present, the leading products are foam sheets, plastic pipes, plastic stabilizers, decorative veneer and color masterbatches.
In March 2009, the company completed and put into operation a complete set of foam board production line with an annual output of 6,000 tons, which introduced the latest foam board and surface heat transfer processing technology from Germany and Austria, and the production process was all computer-controlled. The conch ecological door produced by the company based on foam board is a new generation of green environmental protection products developed in recent years, which is in line with the national industrial policy orientation of "replacing wood with plastic, replacing steel with plastic, and replacing aluminum with plastic", and is a high-tech product encouraged by the state. The product is paint-free, zero formaldehyde, high strength, aging resistance, in waterproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, moth-proof, fireproof, sound and heat insulation and impact resistance and other aspects of similar products are significantly better than other materials, in 2013 through the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued by the green "Ten Ring Certification", energy saving and environmental protection characteristics are significant, is the state to encourage the development of high-tech products. At present, the company is actively expanding the wardrobe, cabinet and other home furnishing fields with foam board as the base material.
In 2010, according to the demand of the decoration market, the company introduced an annual output of 400,000 square meters of decorative veneer production line from Germany, which is widely used in doors and windows, furniture and various decorative lines.
In order to get involved in the upstream of plastic profiles, the company in 2010 and 2011 in two phases of construction of environmental stabilizer project, currently has an annual output of 15,000 tons of high-performance plastic stabilizers, an annual output of 1,000 tons of masterbatch, an annual output of 40 million square meters of protective film, an annual output of 3,000 tons of industrial film, for the upstream research and development of plastic products, the core raw materials of conch profiles and the supply of outer packaging has laid a good technical foundation.
In order to further accelerate its own development, the company invested in the construction of PPR/PE-RT/PE production line in 2016, specializing in the production of high-end home decoration PE-RT floor heating pipes, PPR hot and cold water pipes, the products meet the requirements of GB T 18742.1 (2.3)-2002 polypropylene piping system for cold and hot water Part 1/2/3 General Provisions/pipe fittings/pipes, GBT28799-2012 heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) piping system for cold and hot water.
Based on the existing products, the company will track the development trend of the new material industry at home and abroad, increase product and technology research and development, and contribute to the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of conch profiles.
