Chengdu Yuntu Holding Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu Xindu Chemical Co., Ltd., was established in 1995. In September 2016, the company changed its name to Chengdu Yuntu Holding Co., Ltd., headquartered in Xindu Industrial Development Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, with five business divisions and 61 subsidiaries, including 6 overseas subsidiaries. The company has an annual production capacity of 4.65 million tons of compound fertilizer, 600,000 tons of soda ash and ammonium chloride, 100,000 tons of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite, 900,000 tons of salt and nitrite, 350,000 tons of variety salt, 60,000 tons of edible potassium chloride, 350,000 tons of monoammonium phosphate, 60,000 tons of yellow phosphorus, and total assets of more than 8 billion yuan.

On January 18, 2011, the company's shares (stock abbreviation: Xindu Chemical, stock code: 002539) were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange; On September 20, 2016, due to the change of the company's name, the company's securities abbreviation was changed to "Yuntu Holdings".

Through years of resource integration, brand operation, market network, R&D capabilities, production capacity building and other measures, the company has formed an industrial pattern of coordinated development of the three major business sectors of "compound fertilizer business, condiment business, and e-commerce business in small and medium-sized cities", and the specific operation of each business is as follows:

1. Compound fertilizer business

Compound fertilizer business is the company's traditional core business, the company has established compound fertilizer production bases in Meishan, Sichuan, Yingcheng, Yicheng, Hubei, Jingzhou, Henan, Ningling, Shandong, Changji, Xinjiang, Tieling, Liaoning and other places, and has overseas subsidiaries in South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the United States and other places, with an existing compound fertilizer production capacity of 4.65 million tons, including 4.15 million tons of new compound fertilizer, accounting for nearly 90%.

The ammonium potassium nitrate production standard jointly drafted by the company and the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners in 2015 was officially implemented on July 1, 2016, and the standard was named "Potassium Ammonium Nitrate for Agriculture" (standard number: HG/T4852-2016).

The chemical industry standard number HG/T 4365-2012 "water-soluble fertilizer" drafted by the company has been officially implemented on June 1, 2013, and the revised international standard for water-soluble fertilizer based on this standard has been approved and discussed by the ISO International Fertilizer Standards Committee, ISO18645: 2016 Fertilizers and soil conditioners-Water soluble fertilizer-General Requirements (Chinese name "Fertilizers and soil conditioners Water-soluble fertilizers General Requirements") was officially promulgated and implemented worldwide on March 15, 2016. At present, the company is jointly leading the drafting of the "Specifications and Standards for the Application of Water-soluble Fertilizers" with the National Standardization Committee.

2. Condiment business (including variety salt business and Sichuan cuisine condiment business)

(1) Variety salt business: The variety salt business is the extension and expansion of the upstream "salt-alkali-fertilizer" industrial chain of the company's compound fertilizer business. In 2011, the company established Yiyantang (Yingcheng) Healthy Salt Salt Co., Ltd., focusing on the development of variety salt business, and is committed to providing the best quality salt life products for consumers in China. At present, Yingcheng Yiyantang Company has developed into one of the largest production bases of high-end edible multi-variety salt in China, and has formed competitive advantages such as national production capacity layout, complete industrial chain of high-end edible salt, leading R&D technology, full-category product line, and FMCG marketing.

In April 2016, the State Council officially issued the "Salt Industry System Reform Program", the company and cooperative salt enterprises to play a strategic synergy effect to jointly respond to the market-oriented competition after the reform of the salt industry system, and lay the foundation for the company's variety salt business to enter the field of salt circulation and sales after the implementation of the salt reform.

(2) Sichuan condiment business:
In order to further extend the industrial chain, the company chooses to focus on the Sichuan condiment business that is highly consistent with the variety salt channel based on its own geographical advantages. In 2015, the company gave full play to the industrial synergy effect through the acquisition of Chengdu Xinfan Food Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in "Sichuan Kimchi", and Sichuan Wanghong Food Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in "Pixian Douban", to play a combination of Sichuan flavor compound seasonings, card condiment channel resources in advance, and strive to build and cultivate its own brand, and steadily lay out the Sichuan cuisine condiment business.

3. E-commerce business in small and medium-sized cities

The e-commerce business in small and medium-sized cities is the value-added value of compound fertilizer marketing channels. Based on its own accumulated compound fertilizer marketing channels and networks, the company chooses the e-commerce business in small and medium-sized cities that are highly related to the market, customers and channels, and has broad market space and development prospects as the company's new development direction, and actively explores the small and medium-sized cities and rural e-commerce model of "traditional main business Internet" under the new economic situation, and creates an Internet life platform for small and medium-sized cities through the construction and operation of the Yuntu life e-commerce platform. Give full play to the synergy between the e-commerce business in small and medium-sized cities and the company's traditional compound fertilizer business and condiment business, realize the value-added of compound fertilizer marketing channels, and continue to build the company's sustainable profitability with the existing industrial chain as the core.
